Christy Crites– Owner and Hair Stylist at Java Salon, Christy will begin her 17th year as a hairstylist in February,2012. Christy also is a Redken Specialist and was a Color Educator for 3+ years with Redken. Java Salon is locally owned & opperated by Christy and her husband Wally. They are from Wichita and now are Goddard Lions! As a stylist, She has a strong desire to create a unique look through the marriage of color, cut and design. As a salon owner Christy strives to have service providers that go above and beyond the normal salon experiance. Which means, she also has a heart for sharing her knowledge and has a desire to watch her team grow. Java Salon now offers an associate program for new stylists in the industry. When you work with Christy as a guest at Java Salon, know that you will receive great service from 2 dedicated stylists! Ashley -Hairstylist of 4 1/2 years who desires to create an ongoing relationship with you to help you design the perfect look for you. Ashley has a strong focus in Color and Design. Ashley is the perfect stylist for the whole family. She also offers sugaring as an alternative to waxing. Ashley is a graduate of Over the Top Stylist Program. Betty- Hairstylist of 15 years has a eye for creating the best cut that works with your hair type. She will consult you on not only the products you need but also the salon services to acheive your over all look. She can also add just the right color to make the cut perfect! Betty is a graduate of Redken Specialist Program and Over the Top Stylist Program.
Micah- Hairstylist of 2 years, trendy and full of life! Micah can keep your style in tune with your needs of sharp and professional to youthful and funky! Where ever life takes you Micah has the style you need to match! Micah is a graduate of Over the Top Stylist Program. Alicia- Hairstylist of 3 years, with a passion for Redken! She can help you creat the look you need for work & give you tips on how to transform it for an evening out! Color or cut; choose both! Alicia is a graduate of Redken Specialist Program An Associate Stylist - Hairstylist with new talent & in process to completed Java Salon's "Master's Degree" program know as our Associate Program. The Associate is working with Christy & her guest to have advanced training in all skills. Some salon just hand out a cape and say "good luck, with a smile" At Java Salon we want the best! Our Associate Program provides detailed advanced traiing to only licensed stylists with a passion for our industry! An Associate can start taking guests by request only during the Associate's Program. Kendra- Full time Massage Therapist, Kendra can creat a body work plan for your bodywork needs. She is focused on the needs of wellness and relaxation. Kendra is available to fit your schedule Tuesday-Saturday Karleah– Massage Therapist with a specialty in relaxation with a strong pressure to help you relax the day away. Karleah also is well versed in Deep Tissue & Aromatherapy. Karleah is available on Tuesday evening by appointment only.
