Your service provider will teach you how to use your new product and counsel you on the other products needed to complete your style.  If within 4 weeks of the date of purchase, you have been exclusively using a Redken product and you are not satisfied with the performance, please bring your receipt to your Java Salon service provider and they will help you exchange your product for another product more suitable for your hair.
